Last night was the first annual fundraiser held at the luxurious Lemn Hotel.
Love was in the air, but not everyone was feeling it as seen in this photo. Lucas and Madeline shyed away from each other throughout the entire event; even eating at separate tables!
Helena Jitmakusol, daughter of Phil and Je'Tamie Jitmakusol, was seen slow dancing with her fiancee Joshua Byall.
Not every sim was so civil, however. Countessa Valerie Jitmakusol (no relation) was once a valued guest of high stature. Now, the Countessa is facing trial, and is no longer a guest of the Mayor's. It doesn't pay to bite the mayor's sister-in-law!
The Countessa was then spotted trying to make a run for it. Luckily, the security cameras embedded in the bamboo caught her, and she was quickly escorted home to prevent any more "accidents".
Nancy was closely examined; except from the fangs, blood-red eyes, and pale(r) skin, she was the same Nancy as before. And thankfully, she caused no trouble.
Lucas was seen being his usual self; obnoxious and full of himself, yet hard to hate. He didn't act as if there were troubles going on at home; but you never know with some sims.
Mandie Jenner was seen chatting up Alakai, looking rather "intense" for their rather docile chat about chess. Could Mandie be crushing on an older (and married!) man? Or is she simply over enthusiastic?
Phil and Je'Tamie, slowly approaching their golden years, still looked as young as ever.
The guests got antsy as the end of the night approached, but they decided to entertain themselves with a game of "kicky ball" that lasted the entire night.
Again; no sight of the Mayor. Is it simply that he's elusive? Or is he purposely hiding from the press?
I'm alive!

Merry Christmas everyone!
I thought I'd throw up a quick post today to let you know I'm still here. A
friend directed me to a post on Reddit where someo...
This was terrificly eventful! It was really fun to see so many of Crescent County's citizens interacting. I hope Nancy will be ok, I wonder if she'll like the night life.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to play Nancy and Alakai again, because I want to see if she has the want to drink vampirocillin. I'm trying this new thing where I read into the "hidden meanings" behind the wants and fears, so if she has no want to take the vampirocillin, I'll assume she wants to remain a creature of the night. :)
ReplyDeleteI was happy to do the "ball", since, as you said, many sims conversed for the first time. Kind of embarrassing, but, eh.
I play a similar way with wants and fears and it's really enriched my play. My Sims are all so much more interesting to me now.
ReplyDeleteI like your fundraiser idea a lot! I'd do one myself if I had a Mayor! LOL.
The fundraiser idea looks like fun! LOL at them playing kicky ball, you don't usually see that on such a fancy evening!
ReplyDeleteSims2fan-I know, right? I was kind of disappointed, to be honest; all this free food, and even a karaoke machine, but everyone flocked to watch the kicky ball game. So, I just went with it! Sigh, sims and their quirkiness..
ReplyDeleteSullivan-The fundraiser was pretty fun to do, actually. I'm still debating what I should do for the next...hmm...
